And one more thing - salaries are always paid on the last day of a month, and every hour of overtime is paid as 1.5 of the base rate.

Participation in the most interesting projects on the market and Python conferences
Our company is actively involved in the Python, Plone and Zope communities. We participate in conferences (to state just some of them: World Plone Day, PyCon, PyCon PL, RuPy, EuroPython) and give lectures. As true Python fans, we strive to attend all events related to this theme. We also attend sprints of various kinds. We have prepared texts devoted to our technologies of interest for the Software Developer's Journal. We have addressed issues such as: Processing images with OpenCV, Eclipse IDE, Buildout - A tool for automating building and managing Python and Plone applications - Build a company intranet, Python 3... that is, what is new in the third edition of the language, or Django - Experiences from working with the framework. We run the www.plone.org.pl portal devoted to Plone issues. The portal provides information about Plone, hints on usage and troubleshooting. There is also an option of directing a question to an expert, if a user is unable to handle some issue. If one uses Plone and has come out with something interesting with the language, this page can be used for presenting it.
Opportunities for self-development in an open source environment
The open source movement assumes the possibility of developing open software that everyone can use and improve at will. Products of our company can be found on our page (a tab link can be added here). We do not work for the sake of working, but also to develop our areas of interest. We are happy to share our successes and new ideas. We would like to propagate the knowledge of Python, Plone and Zope among the public. Therefore, on our page, we publish what we have developed and allow others to improve and develop it further. We want to share our abilities and knowledge in order to promote new Internet solutions and help others in using them.
Induction of new employees
In many companies, a new employee is lost in the new environment and tasks. This does not apply to us. Every new employee is assigned a guardian, who explains any issues and assists in solving problems. Nobody was born a Python expert. Our work bases on team work, therefore help from other programmer can be counted on at any time. This cooperation makes work easier and more pleasant, because no one is left alone. We do not lead to situations, when an employee can feel lost and uncomfortable at work.
Our skilled programmers carry internal training sessions. This way other employees can learn something new, for example, about a solution worked out by the lecturer. We supplement our knowledge, and bring new ideas to reality. Each one of us can prepare a lecture for others, for example, dedicated to Python, Zope and Plone. Often, new ideas of improvements emerge during these training sessions. Training also contributes to exchanging comments in order to improve and facilitate work.
Caring for employees
We are a company that cares about employee satisfaction. We provide an option of health insurance, enabling receiving health care from private specialists. We offer various health packages ranging from basic to very extensive. Moreover, each one of us can order a lunch to be delivered by an external catering company. Depending on preferences, it can be a two-course dish, a salad or a pizza. Our company provides tea, coffee and juices - we also have a pressure coffee maker for a stimulating cup of coffee in the morning. Every day, fresh fruits are purchased for the employees; and it is a different kind of fruit every day. Do you like lollipops and popcorn? In our company they are available for the employees. We also provide opportunities for development in sports. We have rented a hall for playing football, and when the weather is right, we play on an outdoor field. We care for a tightly knit team, therefore we also have integration events. We have already had fun at a kart track and held a real kart race. The top three drivers received medals and prizes.
