How Scrum Can Go Wrong in Large Organizations

Over the course of my career, I went from being a stakeholder in waterfall-managed projects, through introducing Scrum in a large organization, managing a single Scrum team as well as 20+ separate Scrum teams, all the way to my current position as Service Delivery Manager at STX Next.

I’ve seen what it’s like to introduce Scrum in a traditionally managed environment, and what can go wrong in a single team, as well as a large group of teams.

In this article, I’ll share the most important things I’ve learned, hopefully providing you with the tools you need to avoid critical issues in your Scrum team(s).
