We are Europe’s Python Powerhouse. From a single developer who decided to ditch Java and get results faster with Python in 2005, we have grown to a Python development company of over 550 professionals.

I'm an experienced tech leader and manager. I use my broad experience in IT to grow Node.js department. I believe that our partners can benefit from working with a high-performing full stack JavaScript/TypeScript team that owns every aspect of a product. Despite many different responsibilities I like to get my hands dirty with the source code. Being an experienced developer allows me to be a trustworthy partner both for our business partners and for real geeks.
I have over 10 years of servant leadership experience in building professional Agile teams. As a big fan of the Lean Startup methodology, I focus on delivering maximum value for our clients, while minimizing waste. Having a Ph. D. in computer science, I strongly believe in business-hypothesis-driven experimentation and data-driven decision making. On a daily basis, I use my 20+ years of experience in software development to lead and grow the Olsztyn branch office.
