Microsoft Fabric Consulting & Development Services
Unify Your Data. Accelerate Your Analytics. Power AI-Ready Insights.
Fragmented data, siloed tools, and slow reporting pipelines are holding your organization back. We help you consolidate everything - data engineering, warehousing, real-time analytics, and BI into a single, governed Data Lakehouse with Microsoft Fabric, so your teams can move from raw data to trusted insights in days, not months.

Turn Your Data Estate into a Competitive Advantage
Most organizations don't have a shortage of data, rather a data platform and speed-to-insight problem. Disconnected warehouses, redundant ETL jobs, and ungoverned lakes create complexity that slows down every team. We recognize your need for fast, tangible ROI, not another migration marathon.
Our approach leverages Microsoft Fabric as the foundation to consolidate your analytics workloads into one governed, AI-ready platform; then extends it with the full power of Azure services to support your business goals as complexity grows.
Tech Stack for Microsoft Fabric Development
We’re not just about listing tech platform names; we bring deep skills to choose and use the right tools.

Our data engineering and analytics experts can support you within the next two weeks and start delivering governed, scalable solutions.
Consolidate Siloed Data into a Single, Governed Lakehouse
We architect and implement Fabric Lakehouses that unify your scattered data sources: on-prem databases, cloud warehouses, SaaS exports, and flat files into one OneLake foundation. Using Fabric's Mirroring and Shortcuts, we bring your data together without costly, time-consuming lift-and-shift migrations.
The result: a single source of truth with built-in governance via Microsoft Purview, so every team; from analysts to data scientists works from the same trusted data without duplicating storage or managing brittle ETL pipelines.
Migrate & Modernize Legacy Data Warehouses
Stuck on aging on-prem SQL Server warehouses, legacy SSIS packages, or expensive Snowflake/Databricks contracts? We plan and execute phased migrations to Fabric's Data Warehouse and Lakehouse, preserving your business logic while eliminating infrastructure overhead and reducing licensing costs.
We use Fabric's T-SQL compatibility and Mirroring capabilities to run parallel environments during transition, ensuring zero disruption to your reporting and analytics workflows while you modernize at your own pace.
Build a Working Solution in Weeks Not Months
Our PoCs aren't just dashboards with sample data. Within 6–8 weeks, we deliver a functional Fabric workspace connected to your real data sources: ingesting, transforming, and surfacing insights through Power BI to solve a specific pain point your team faces today.
To reach the full working solutions stage, we expand from a single data domain to cross-functional analytics: adding more source systems, building semantic models for self-service BI, and establishing CI/CD pipelines with Fabric's Git integration and deployment pipelines to manage versioning and updates safely.
Real-Time Analytics & Event-Driven Intelligence
We implement Fabric's Real-Time Intelligence workload: Eventstreams, KQL databases, and Data Activator to give your operations live visibility into what's happening right now. From IoT telemetry to transaction monitoring to application logs, we connect your streaming sources and build real-time dashboards and automated alerts.
This shifts your team from reactive firefighting to proactive decision-making, catching anomalies, demand spikes, or operational issues as they happen; not hours later in a batch report.
Self-Service BI with Power BI on Direct Lake
We design and build Power BI semantic models using Fabric's Direct Lake mode, giving your analysts lightning-fast query performance directly on Lakehouse data without scheduling refreshes, duplicating data, or managing import pipelines. Combined with row-level security and endorsement workflows, your teams get governed self-service analytics.
The outcome: business users get the dashboards and ad-hoc analysis capabilities they need without creating shadow IT or data quality issues, while your data team maintains full control over the underlying models and governance policies.
Extend Your Platform with Microsoft Foundry & Advanced Analytics
Real data platforms often need to go beyond dashboards. In Fabric and Microsoft Foundry, we build ML models for predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, churn prediction, and anomaly detection; trained on your Lakehouse data and served back into your BI layer. We also integrate generative AI capabilities, including RAG systems grounded in your Fabric data via Azure AI Search, to power intelligent data agents and conversational analytics.
This provides a holistic solution that not only visualizes but predicts and reasons — all managed within a single, governable Fabric + Azure infrastructure. Your data becomes the foundation for both analytics and AI.
Get to Production Fasterwith Battle-Tested Accelerators
Every Fabric engagement we deliver helps us learn more to develop a library of reusable, Terraform-managed accelerators: production-grade infrastructure templates, pre-built pipeline patterns, governance configurations, and CI/CD scaffolding extracted from real client projects.
This isn't boilerplate. It's the distilled output of our experience with multiple implementations, codified as Infrastructure-as-Code so your project gets off the ground in weeks instead of months.
Pick where you are today, and we'll show you the fastest path to Fabric.
Greenfield: Build Your Fabric Platform from Day One
Starting fresh? We'll get you to a governed, production-ready Fabric environment in weeks, not months.
You've made the decision to go with Fabric, now you need it set up right. Our greenfield accelerator deploys a fully configured Fabric environment using Terraform and the Fabric REST APIs: workspaces organized by domain, OneLake storage with sensible folder structures, Lakehouse and Warehouse provisioning, Purview governance policies, Entra ID role assignments, and CI/CD pipelines wired up from day one.
What typically takes teams months of trial-and-error configuration, we deliver in weeks. With every decision documented and every resource version-controlled. You skip the "learning the platform" tax and go straight to building on it.
What's included in the accelerator:
- Terraform-managed Fabric capacity, workspaces, and domain structure
- OneLake Lakehouse + Warehouse provisioning with naming conventions and access policies
- Purview integration: sensitivity labels, data classification rules, and lineage tracking out of the box
- Entra ID security groups mapped to Fabric workspace roles and row-level security
- Git-integrated CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub) with dev → test → prod promotion
- Starter Data Factory pipelines and Notebook templates for common ingestion patterns
- Power BI workspace with Direct Lake semantic model scaffolding
- Monitoring and alerting baseline using Fabric capacity events
Migration: from Azure Synapse, ADF & Power BI to Fabric
Already on Azure? You're closer than you think. We migrate your existing Synapse + ADF + Power BI stack to Fabric without disrupting your reporting.
This is the most common path we see: organizations running Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory for orchestration, and Power BI on imported datasets. The pieces are all Microsoft, but they're stitched together with manual configuration, separate billing, and no unified governance.
Our Synapse-to-Fabric migration accelerator handles the heavy lifting: we assess your existing Synapse SQL pools, ADF pipelines, and Power BI datasets, then execute a phased migration that moves workloads to Fabric's native Warehouse, Data Factory, and Direct Lake — consolidating three billing meters into one capacity, eliminating redundant data copies, and unlocking performance gains from Fabric's integrated architecture.
What the migration accelerator covers:
- Automated assessment of your Synapse SQL pools (dedicated + serverless), ADF pipelines, linked services, and triggers
- T-SQL compatibility analysis and conversion scripts for Synapse → Fabric Warehouse
- ADF pipeline migration to Fabric Data Factory with Dataflow Gen2 equivalents where applicable
- Power BI dataset conversion from Import/DirectQuery to Direct Lake semantic models
- Parallel-run validation: side-by-side query result comparison between Synapse and Fabric
- Terraform-managed target environment provisioned using our greenfield accelerator as the base
- Cutover playbook with rollback procedures and stakeholder communication templates
Replatforming: from Snowflake, Databricks or AWS into Fabric
Running Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Glue? We help you evaluate, plan, and execute a strategic move to Fabric; or architect a hybrid that makes financial sense.
Not every replatforming is a full rip-and-replace, and we don't pretend it is. Some workloads migrate cleanly to Fabric. Others are better served by Fabric's Mirroring and Shortcut capabilities that let you query external data in place. And some may stay where they are, for now.
Our cross-platform replatforming accelerator starts with an honest assessment: we map your existing workloads (compute patterns, data volumes, query profiles, licensing costs), identify what moves, what mirrors, and what stays, then build a phased transition plan that protects your operations while consolidating where it makes financial and architectural sense.
What the replatforming accelerator covers:
- Workload discovery and cost analysis across Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Glue, S3, and/or other sources
- Data architecture mapping: which datasets migrate, which get mirrored via OneLake Shortcuts, which stay external
- SQL dialect translation tooling (Snowflake SQL / SparkSQL / Redshift SQL → Fabric T-SQL / Spark)
- Pipeline re-engineering: Airflow, dbt, Glue, or Databricks workflows → Fabric Data Factory + Notebooks
- OneLake Shortcut configuration for AWS S3 and GCS sources that remain external
- BI layer migration: Tableau/Looker → Power BI conversion assessment and semantic model design
- TCO comparison model: current multi-vendor costs vs. projected Fabric capacity spend
- Terraform-managed target environment with governance and CI/CD from day one

From the very start of the data catalog piece they built for us, they were thinking about how to track adoption metrics for this tool when it gets released into the world. We have a set of metrics for that particular tool that we can see the uptake in our user base. I can only characterize it as a success.
