STX Next appoints Yuriy Adamchuk as new CEO

STX Next has appointed Yuriy Adamchuk as Chief Executive Officer, effective 17 July 2025. Yuriy Adamchuk previously headed the global engineering and consulting company Avenga, becoming the CEO in 2022 after holding positions as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Data Officer. Before Avenga, he was Deputy CEO of CoreValue Services, where he oversaw delivery centres in the United States and Ukraine and opened new partnerships in Germany. Earlier in his career he held strategy and audit roles at PPF Investments, PwC and KPMG.

Yuriy Adamchuk holds an MSc in Conflict Resolution from George Mason University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
